We have talked about how a strong filmmaker can make any moment/event seem interesting by using the right shots, moves, angles, editing, music, etc.
Let's continue with that perspective...
Your challenge will be to create a film based around a random object.
Working in groups of 1-3, you will be randomly assigned an object.
From there you will create a short film 30-45 seconds long. Minimum of 20 different shots.
You can create a story, a hype video, a commercial - you pick the genre/style. But, the central theme must tie to the object.
PREPRODUCTION - Write a plan or draw a storyboard for your project.
PRODUCTION - As a team, shoot your film. USE THE GEAR!!
POSTPRODUCTION - Edit YOUR OWN version.
